At Slush Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beverage supplies; however, due to food safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened, shelf-stable products within 30 days of delivery. Perishable items and opened syrups or mixes are not eligible for return to ensure the highest quality standards for all our customers.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team with your order number and details of the unopened items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

    Secure Packaging

    Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent leaks or damage during transit back to our warehouse.

    Ship the Items

    Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection

    Once our team inspects the returned goods to verify they are sealed and untampered, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
